NPMS facilitates the generation and collection of fees for
access to and use of the platform by industry stakeholders
These fees provide a diverse and steady revenue stream for an oil & gas ministry, which can be used to fund the NPMS project, valuable initiatives that aim to develop the local industry, and increase capacity in a ministry. Use of NPMS by industry stakeholders should be made obligatory, meaning that subscription fees,
